DRESSED FOR DEFIANCE
Course:
Studio 3_Fall 2020 | Professor: Linda Heinrich
Project:
Design an exhibition featuring 11 selected objects reflecting the theme of defiance as seen through a historical fashion lens.
Approach:
It was important that the display reflects the theme of defiance; in order to achieve this, I created architectural interventions, based on the existing design and detailing of the rooms, to be interrupted using the objects. The layout builds chronologically, so that one can see how the preceding defiant acts influenced, and paved the way for, the later ones to come.
